I appointed Chillipix to print a banner for my Pilates studio. Their team took the measurements on site, and I approved the printing based on the information they provided. Unfortunately, the banner was printed in the wrong size and could not be installed over the existing frame. When I raised the issue, they refused to take responsibility, claiming that the measurements were only for an “estimate” — which was never made clear to me beforehand. As a result, I lost money, time, and experienced a great deal of stress and frustration. Sadly, I had already paid them in full in advance.
